It depends on how badly you screwed up, and what kind of relationship you have with her (because you don't say). For a girlfriend a single red rose is good unless it's a BIG screw up then go for a whole bouquet, or even jewelry. If the lady is a close friend or relative, a nice bouquet of mixed flowers would be nice. Of course anything will have be coupled with a sincere apology.

Your undivided attention...take some time off, spend it with her and SHOW her how much you love her. When you go out with her, brag to your friends about her in front of them and hug her and hold her hand a lot. Make her feel like she can trust you and that you are TRULY sorry. Trust takes some effort and time, so be patient. Material things don't work. It's all about you.

I was thinking flowers and chocolates, but maybe also something more personal to her. Something that most people wouldn't think of getting.
