It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Darlin', I was more overweight than you and diet pills are not the answer. The only way to keep it off is to take it off slowly. The couple pounds a week thing. I dropped 10 pounds rather quickly when I quit drinking sodas and started drinking the 8 glasses of water thing a day. You've got to watch what you eat, drink lots and lots and lots of water, and move. I don't like to sweat and I can't afford a health club so I started doing yoga. That got me moving and the weight started coming off. You might not have 40 off by the time school starts but you could feasibly have 20 off. Set realistic goals. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. You'll feel better and want to do more.

I used to compete in physical fitness competitions and a few things that never fail would be: Drink plenty of water, No sweets, only 100% juice no juice drinks, no fast food, no fried food, limit your bread and sugar intake. Sugar turns in to starch which turns into fat if you don't use it. Freeze your favorite fruit in little chunks like grapes or strawberries and when you have an urge for candy eat one. It works for my kids and I. I eat crazy sometime and when ever I have to compete I immediately lay off the fast foods and candy those 2 are very important. No sugar and no oil. Cook with olive oil (extra light tasting) or canola.

If you are going to excercise a lot keep gatorade or powerade on hand. Your body needs some vitamins and things hat those drinks have. I learned the hard way. Water sometimes dilute what you have in your body. When you work out a lot you more than likely use more than your body has and water dilutes what you have left. If you dont excercise a lot dont worry. I over do it on the exercising.

I know my answer was a bit, but I hope this info helps you as much as it helped me.

Again no sweets, no fast food, lots of water, & stay away from any thing fried.

I love the guy who said 2 or 3 days-that was my best laugh of the day!!!! No, it is not possible to lose 45 pounds in 6 months and keep it off. What you need to do is exercise daily, limit your sugars and carbs, eat smaller portions and dont eat anything after 7 at night. You will lose weight slowly and that is the only way to safely lose weight. By the way lose is spelled L O S E . Loose is a word that is used to describe how your pants will fit after you have lost 25 lbs or more.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Don't give up on Diet and exercise. You need to take more close and thorough records of what you are eating and how many calories you are burning. You should probably get a trainer who is willing to help you reach your goals. If changing your diet and exercising is not working, there is no product on the market that will help you.

It is never safe to lose weight fast. It can cause irreversible damage to your body. A sensiblediet and regular exercise is best. A good solid breakfast with a light lunch and dinner, with no goodies. Walking is great exercise, but if you can rollerblade, that would be better. Best of luck.

dont take any diet pills. they are bad for your health. go on a low carb high protein diet. you will lose about 5 pounds a week. for the first two weeks eat no more than 20 carbs a day. then after the second week start adding carbs. after the second week you will notice how much better you feel, and how your starting to lose weight. i've done this diet and i've been successfull. it works. or buy the book called the south beach diet, it tells you all about it.

Don't try fast. 'cause when loose weight easy .. you get them back .. easy. Easy goes, easy comes. Consult your doctor, depending on your organism he will recomend you a balance nutrition. Full protein, full vegetables, full fruits. Less carbohidratos. And minimize grease and sugar, salt. Drink a lot of water. And exercise your body.

Good luck dear.
