I'm not sure exactly, but I hope these help. Many blessings :)
1 Corinthians 10:13
"No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful. He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."
James 1:2-5
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature an complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given unto him."
James 1:12
"Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him."
1 Peter 1:6-7
"In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith - of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire - may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory, and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed."

1 Cor 10:13,
"No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. An God is faithful; he will not let you tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it."
I like what Mother Theresa added - "Sometimes I wish God would not trust me this much".

1 Cor 10:13
13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
The thing that interests me about this verse is that God can do anything... so technically we can stand any trial, its not neccesarily that we get easier or harder trials, got just has to help us more or less.

Umm, actually it is a part of a warning to those who may be self deceived into relying upon their own strength.
1Cor:10:12 Consequently let him that thinks he is standing beware that he does not fall. 13 No temptation has taken you except what is common to men. But God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but along with the temptation he will also make the way out in order for you to be able to endure it.
The preceding verses at1Cor10:9 Neither let us put Jehovah to the test, as some of them put (him) to the test, only to perish by the serpents. 10 Neither be murmurers, just as some of them murmured, only to perish by the destroyer. 11 Now these things went on befalling them as examples, and they were written for a warning to us upon whom the ends of the systems of things have arrived.
In a nutshell: learn to rely on God, not yourself.
Practical application? To rely on God we only have the scriptures as the source of reference to teach us the mind of God so as to have the confidence 'in God' that precedes the aforementioned reliance.

Or issues that you've been taught about God that under no circumstances quite made experience to you? if so, you could ask her those questions. i am going to allow you to understand for positive that Jehovah's Witnesses are not from now on inaccurate. once you're saying that they are inaccurate, what are you basing your feeling on? have you ever actual examined their beliefs your self?
