Of course its the tea, don't bum, your body just isn't adapted to the caffeine anymore, since you quit drinking it.
Either drink less untill you body adapts, or switch to decaffenated
Or mix them, to only get half the caffeine.

Hi, no it is not because of the tea.
Before I joined the navy I drink nothing but water and tea. When I joined the navy I started to drink more coffee for the late night that I have to stand duty. There are times when I don't drink tea for over three months that I am well and not get any side effects what so ever, so does when I do not drink coffee or soda.
However, you have to realized that this comes from a guy and you are a girl. Both of us have different hormones and metabolism. So, what you want to do is to get your self examine by a physician.
I now am out of the navy and not drinking as much coffee, and I am as healthy as I can be. No twitching or fidgeting.

First of all, congratulations on choosing to pursue a healthier lifestyle. You'll be happier and healthier.
Sweet tea is sweet tea because it is presweetened with refined sugar, the content comparable to drinking soda pop. I like tea but I sweeten myself with artificial sweetener. Also, concentrate on either black or green teas, both of which have properties that help release fat. One tea I particularly like is Starbuck's Chai tea, in the bag, not the latte. Get 2 bags in a venti cup of boiling water, sweet with Equal or your choice, add a little honey.
Excessive caffeine may make one twitchy but that is not true in everyone. Caffeine is more prevalent in coffee than tea, and it isn't necessarily bad for one to consume. Drink coffee if you like coffe; just keep in mind buying lattes with whole milk or with whip cream on top or chocolate additives just add in the fat and excessive refined sugar.
With the exception of frozen or fresh orange juice, all juices you can purchase on the market are stocked full of extra refined sugar. Just stop drinking them; its just a liquid form of junk food.

Are u on any new drugs or diet pills because this could cause it. It could also be the sugar. Tea is generally low in caffeine so you would need to drink alot to get that affect.

stop drinking the tea and u should go back to normal.and they if u want to start drinking pop again then slowly stop drinking water and drink drinks with only a bit of caffeine and then slowly start building on caffeine and then your body will get used to the caffeine and then you can start drinking pop or sweet tea or just start drinking water again.
and if this doesn't work you should probably see a doctor.

It's more likely the tea, as I drink way to much coffee and suffer withdrawel symtoms when I don't drink any that day.
