Depends on if you are male or female, but ask and answered, why would you wish to? It will lower itself when necessary, or during age, then you will be asking for advice to improve it! Find one with the same drive and as long as you can maintain a life and a job..the go for it till you quit naturally

or simply less eat, more exercise
