man that is somthing you should tell her. first of all are you protecting yourself from diseases. If you are good, but please do get checked cause one person is bound to carry somehting and you might not even know it and then it will hit you later on. If she's the one tell her the truth, if she loves you she'll stay and if she doesnt she'll leave. easy as that.
