This is NOT quick to bake, but it is very quick to make. So it's awesome for a Saturday dinner, or for kids who are old enough to stay home after school.

Pizza Casserole

3 cans pizza sauce (about 12-15oz each, or one big can from Smart & Final)
2-3 cans biscuit (or make a recipe for 3 dozen biscuits)
8-12oz shredded cheese (mozzarella is traditional, but cheddar jack is awesome too)
Toppings your kids will eat, we like 1 packet pepperoni, and sweet italian sausages all sliced up.

Get out a big bowl, like you'd use for popcorn or salad. Put TWO cans of the sauce in the bowl. The third can is just in case you need it, or like more sauce. Grab the canned biscuit, and bust them open. Tear the biscuits into thirds or quarters, and throw them into the bowl of sauce. Stir now and then to coat, because if they all sit in a pile, they ooze back into one giant clump of biscuit. Dump in the cheese. It makes a nice "whump" sound if you do it right. Stir again. Add the toppings. Stir some more. If it looks like too little sauce, then open that third can of sauce, and start dumping and stirring until it looks right.

Slop the whole mess into a casserole pan. We use a 10x15" pan. Most people only own a 9x13, so you might need to bust out your 9x9 brownie pan too. Or, buy those "chafing pans" at Smart & Final while you're there for the pizza sauce... you know, the ones they sell for 30 cents apiece... and there you go, disposable baking pan. Fill each pan about halfway to the top of the pan.

Shove it in the oven. Set the oven to about 350. Give it about two hours if it's thick, one hour if it's less than an inch thick. Toss some extra cheese or toppings on top at the last minute, if the whim strikes you. And there you go. Pizza.

If your kids really like it, you can buy cheese and toppings when they're dirt-cheap on sale, and freeze them. Can even mix the toppings and cheese in pre-measured amounts, 12oz cheese, x amount of topping, and there you go, single-pizza bags, ready to go.

Everyone loves this soup. It's basically healthy besides all the sodium. You could use low sodium chicken broth. I'm now a chef and got this while working in a sports club's kitchen a decade ago. The kids at the club loved it. It's called chicken tortilla and you basically just have to open a bunch of cans.
1 can pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel brand tomatoes
1 can hominy
1 can kidney beans
2 cans chicken broth
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg any brand taco seasoning mix
1 lb cooked chicken
Put everything, juice and all, in a big pot and heat through.
You can also serve with grated cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, bell pepper, etc.

Picky kids is picky kids. mac and cheese and doggies is a great one, i agree, but try this too - add a big squirt of catsup to the mac and cheese in the pot. or use the cheese packet but not the mac - instead use a fun shape (like the wheels or the shells). one of my favs is to make mac/chees as usual but add left over spagetti sause with meat instead of doggies. another good one is grilled cheese except use provolone (it stretches way out when you bite it off) have contest to see who can draw the longest cheese string from crust to lips. take a doggie and cut it like nickles and then make little piles of catsup, mustard, pancake syrup and sugar around the plate and tell them they cant dip in the same pile two times in a row. make pankakes but use a smaller spoon and drizzle 2 eyes and a smiley mouth on the frypan wait about a minute and then pour the dipper of mix over it and whenyou fry it and flip it, there is a smiley face pankake. add apple chips or rasins or pinapple to pankakes or even bacon bits. make regular pankakes but after you flip it over, cover top with catsup and shred cheese for a mini pizza.
most important is not to let picky eaters pick at anythng for at least 2 hours before a meal , except water. sooner or later we all eat and lose our pickyness.

1 pound ground hamburger, cooked.

2 packages of mac and cheese, prepared

1 or 2 cans of tomato soup

Mix it all together and you get a cheesy glitch that sticks to the roof of your mouth. Add a little salt and pepper and it is really tasty and good.

my kids love what my friend named "drunken pasta" cuz she could come home drunk and still not mess up this recipe.

Drunken Pasta

Boil spaghetti or another pasta and drain. In a wok place olive oil, butter, tons of fresh oregano, and salt and pepper (and anything else you might add to spaghetti sauce (but not the tomato sauce) stir fry in wok for a few mins then add the spaghetti and coat with the oil mixture. Add a handfull of your favourite cheese (I use pecorino or one of those italian mixes) and serve piping hot.

In my day the parents were in charge and the kids ate what was put in front of them. You need to take charge and make them eat what you make or they can go hungry.
