I spread blueberries and raspberries on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer.
The next day I put the berries in a ziploc bag and defrost as needed or put directly in blender with yogurt to make a smoothie.
Not much other choice as even my food saver didn't keep them from going bad in a week.
The main thing you want to do is keep moisture off by wrapping in paper towel in the fridge, then store in the vegetable bin.

you might be buying it overripe. i like to buy fruits with a variety of ripeness when i go shopping. such as, bunches of bananas that ar both green and yellow, so i have some to eat now and later. i also buy other fruits like peaches, plums, and nectarines, very firm and slightly firm.
a lot of fruits though, need to be eaten quickly anyway once they reach optimum ripeness, usually 2-3 days max. you can preserve your fruits by washing, cutting, and storing them in the freezer. that way you don't have to keep running to the store all the time. :-)

you can buy 'fruit fresh' at walmart and grocery stores that will keep it from turning, or sprinkle lemon juice on it
