Does the bible not tell "christians" not to judge others regardless of who that person is? Why do Christians believe their religion is better than anyone elses? Why is it that if you don't believe in what they believe in do they automatically tell you that you're wrong without giving you a chance to explain your reasoning?

Religion is like politics. It's big business who ply on individuals emotions. Christian churches for example are primarily judgmental groups who are bent to control their "flock" by applying the guilt conscience sydrome.

That isnt a person judging you, thats God, or the Word of God making the judgement. Everyone seems to forget that Christianity is not based on the word of Christians, but as they believe the Word of the Creator.

If you are speeding and I tell you that is against the law, did I judge you or state that it is against the law? Does it mean I want you to be arrested or in an accident? No, it means I am warning you of what can happen. I personally could care less what sins you commit if you arent hurting anyone, if you are a glutton, it doesnt offend me, but I should tell you that the Bible says gluttony is a sin. Christians didnt write the rules, we try and uphold them and we may have to tell you what those rules are because we dont want you in any trouble.

okay, I would just like to ask you this, why are you?
I am not trying to be mean or anything but why are Christians held to unreasonable inhuman standards by a society that calls us nuts for believing anyway? Am I not human, am I not allowed to feel? Because I am Christian does not mean that I am not human. I still feel, I still get angry but the difference is I know that what I do is wrong when I do it. I feel bad when I may judge someone and I am much harder on myself then you could ever be. I just think it is unfair for you to criticize when you do the same thing.I have never heard a Christian say that they were perfect, so that cannot be your argument.
Christians as a whole tend to get defensive as you would to if something you believe in was denounced over and over again. Try walking in our shoes and see how you feel. Now I am not complaining, I would carry this cross forever, but before you judge try being human and trying to understand why someone might jump to this judgment.

I know how you feel. I think it's because we're human. God is divine and flawless. People are weak and broken and profoundly flawed. Even Christians, Athiests, Muslims, Jews, etc.
Christians are supposed to share Christ's love with EVERYONE. If they follow Christ's example, that means keeping company with those society frowns upon. . . like debtors and leppers. Today, maybe that means those suffering from AIDS, or the homeless, or addicts. Christians TRY to recognize each life as a creation of God's and share with them Christ's love and forgiveness. BUT some only do this as a way to "get in" to Heaven or convert people. The Bible tells them to spread the Good News which is what the word Gospel really means.
I think a lot of Christians mistakenly think that they are supposed to strong arm everyone onto converting. Really, all they are supposed to do is spread love.

A shame Holy Rollers give Christians a bad name. I am a Christian and I like to believe whatever works. I had a cousin who was in trouble and I wanted him to find peace. I told him if a mosque or a synagogue was the way to go for him, go for it. As for judging, there is the saying "He who is without sin cast the first stone". I can't throw stones;).

Judge not lest ye be judged yourself! I am a Christian so I try to follow that line i memorized from the Bible. Also It happens to be in a Metallica song called Holier than Thou. People like this will be judged sorely as they are a stumbling block for all!

The bible tells us not to judge, yes. But it also says to be discerning. We must watch out for false teachers and those who are swayed by every wind of doctrine. Its not judgemental for me to disregard things that go directly contradictory to the bible. The bible is where I derive reasoning. In Romans 1 Paul talks about the wisdom and reasoning of man, and how it lacks. I do not debate the legitimacy of the bible. I want to discuss things withing the bible, not withing man's logic.

Because religion is just a way for people to control society's behavior. They learn it from the others. The people who are not as narrow-minded (and judgemental) can see through the facade of religion.

It's not that we're trying to be judgemental. We believe what God says about hell and we DON'T want you to go there. God tells us that sin will keep us out of heaven and we believe that. It's just that when we try to share it with others, sometimes we go about it the wrong way. Sometimes we are judgemental. But sometimes you think we're being judgemental just because you don't agree with what we're saying.
