They are illegals are selling drugs. They get there cousins to bring it in and the sell it to other races, all races.

I agree, Captain Stubbing was a little stupid. But love IS sometimes stupid.

As far as who was smuggling drugs on the Love Boat, rumor has it that it was (Cruise Director) Julie McCoy.
