Open borders or not--Amnesty or not? Do you hate certain people or not? Law enforcements-for or against? Or just certain ones?
I would like to know where some of you stand

Sir, none of the western countries have open borders, and most of the others may or may not shoot you if caught trying to just sneak into their country. Name one country that you can just walk into and will be greeted with open arms?
Are you prepared to have your TAXES increased to support masses just walking in?
We as most other nations have laws governing our immigration policy. We do not need to modify our laws, we just need to enforce them and YOU should read up on them.
I am a black American, born in America, retired from the US Army after 24 years of service, been in Vietnam twice, Korea for two years and more than 12 years in Europe. Have an adopted Vietnamese daughter (before I married), she has US citizenship, married to a Korean, she has US citizenship, both my children were born and raised in Germany and they are Americans.
In all these cases I followed the guide lines of our State Department and US Immigration Laws. After applying for her brother to immigrate to America, this year she was told that he would have to wait 10 years. But that is OK; there are a lot more people that applied before he did.
We only owe two things to anyone illegally interring into our country - First time an immediate trip back, second time- Jail and a trip back!
If I break into the bank and steal $5,000.000 and get away for five years, will the law let me keep it after five years? Will the change the law so that I can keep it.

As mentioned above ... illegal is illegal! As for the illegal aliens already here, we should give them the opportunity to stay, but they have to earn it.
I would like to see a CONDITIONAL amnesty given to all the illegals here now. (Assuming we are stopping more from coming in). The conditions ...
They must learn basic English.
They must learn some American history and culture.
They must be financially dependent, i.e., either employed or have a financial sponsor.
They must swear their allegiance to America and be signed up for the draft. (Within the draft eligibility guidelines)
They will have a FELONY conviction on their records so they can never posses a gun or vote, even if they become citizens.
They must do this within a time frame, such as 1 year. If they don't, or at least show effort after the time frame, they will be deported.
This will only work if we protect our borders. If we keep allowing them in, it's just a waste of time!
This is what I want!

No open borders, no amnesty. It is possible a guest program could work if there was no path to citizenship and we could be sure the guest were going home. I don't hate anyone, well I really don't like Chupa minor in all honesty, does he count? All our laws should be enforced, I am not sure I know what you mean by this last part.

Sorry,you know me.But I want to answer anyway.
No amnesty-said it a million times.Give illegals a chance to do the paperwork and pay the money.Just let it be a little easier for them.Some don't have citizen family here that will petition for them,but they are still good people,even if illegal.
I hate no one.I don't like racists,but I pity them.
Always for law enforcement , without it we would be in total chaos.
I stand for illegals getting the chance to become legal.Don't send back ppl with homes and children here. good workers and taxpayers.People with no serious criminal record,regular people should be given the chance.If they don't work and don't attend school or if they've been in jail,then send them back.

Has nothing to do with hate here.... illegal means illegal and I dont care who it is. NO open borders, we have them for a reason as well as all countries do......deport them all
