Vanilla.It's versatile, and not as boring as it sounds.
Add fresh fruit such as peaches, strawberries, cantaloupe, blueberries, or apples with a touch of cinnamon.
Add crunchy stuff like granola, your favorite trail mix, or chocolate chunks and pretzels.
There's also the traditional chocolate, butterscotch, or caramel syrup.
Running a close second would have to coffee ice cream. To me that tastes best just as it is.
I really have got to try B&J's Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk.

My favorite is Ben & Jerry's "Half Baked". It's a combination of chocolate chip cookie dough and fudge brownie ice creams.
It's YUMMY!
There's also a flavor made by Blue Bunny called "Banana Split". It's got all the banana split fixins mixed into the ice cream.
