I dont know why I look kinda weak and puny. I am 16 yrs old and 5,6" 120 lbs.....and I dont eat much (Not much meat either) because I easily get full and if i force myself to eat more than i can ,i will just be fat instead of stong.I dont do much excercise because i dont think it will make me look stronger. I can barely do like 30-35 pushups all the way to the floor and up (Hands about 10" apart). I dont own any weights or nothing so i cant do excercise with equipment. I also doubt if i do lots of push ups, Pullups, and Curl ups it wont get results because of my body and weight. I also want to get my fore arms a bit more muscular so they wont look skinny. any help?????

Exercise helps form muscles.. eat a balanced diet.. get lots of sleep to boost your energy levels.. and increase your fluid intake to hydrate yourself.. just simple things but really matters..

however if it bothers you that much, maybe you should see a professional.. an expert in nutrition or maybe in aerobics, or maybe a doctor..

Take it slow. now is a good time to start, I know alot of kids who had your body type and they were the best with Track and Field sports. If your school has a track team, I highly recommend joining up. Or, try a rowing machine. That is the best way to beef up, as far as I have seen.

Don't have any weights......THINK.....a chair is weight...a cinder block maybe in the back yard ....try throwing a spare tire.....lifting the one end of a sofa or bed...start slowly don't hurt yourself...than rotate back into thoses push ups and curls(do curls with a chair-both arms together)....you could also try it at TRACK like Jennifer m said....its there you just need to belief

you don't gain size doing exercise. You have to work with free weights. Dumbells and barbells. You need to read about freeweight training. You will not see gains in size unless you progressively increase the weight over time. It's called progressive resistance. Like I said, you have to read about it, or get a trainer(even better idea, but more expensive).
