Tilt you head back,
Jut your lower jaw out and swallow,
It takes practice but it works.
This process opens you ustation tubes (Inner ear canals)

Take a Sudafed about one hour before the flight. Or take a 12 hour sudafed the morning of the flight. This will drain the eustatian tube, which is where the ear popping occurs.

Close your mouth tight and pinch your nose tight and blow hard like you are blowing your nose and it should pop your ears... give it a try it helps me a lot... good luck

It seems to work for me by listening to really loud music and moving my mouth up and down -- but, as a warning, it makes you look like a retard.
