You should see a psychiatrist and be properly diagnozed. Yes, there are medicitions, they work wonders. Someone very close to me had a really serious mood disorder, swinging from mad rages and overreacting to every llittle thing that did not go their way, to just being sulky and quiet. She is on medication and doing great. For some reason, I think that you are only depressed. Bi-polar people or people with other mood disorders are really out of control during their "high" moments. It is not "happiness." t's more like they're possessed by a frenzy, speak very fast, cannot sleep, laugh out loud, go on outrageous shopping sprees or other extreme behavior. But like I said, best to see a psychiatrist.

Been there, done that. First things first; if the mood swings are as shitty as you say they are, and you want that to change, you have to actually change part of your lifestyle. It took me 6+ months to realize this myself. 1) I quit drinking as much. Which blows really, but for all the "settling" I felt while drinking, it ultimately messed with my moods more than I could handle. 2) Quit all things caffeine. Mixing alcohol and caffeine (both mood altering drugs) is no good. Mood up, mood down, etc. 3) Get regular sleep. Wake up at the same time everyday, even weekends. There are numerous books about the mind benefits of this. 4) Exercise if you want to. Your body naturally produces THC (same shiz that weed gives you) when you exercise; a natural mood booster. 5) Take Fish Oil tabs for Omega-3 fat nutrients. I know, everyone and their mother says take this shiz, but i'm spoken with a psychiatrist who says that Omega-3 is required in the body to line the nerves (within the brain) with fat. Without this your mind is razzled and moods are all over. So some people don't naturally produce this stuff, so you may need to take some. 6) Get some sun. 15 minutes a day atleast gives you the Vitamin D required for your body clock to work well, which ultimately boosts your mood.
I did all this shiz, and while my lifestyle is a little different now, it's not that much...and it's defintly better that feeling insane and not in control of your own mind. After all this, if you still feel like you're going nuts talk to a doc. Depression/bi-polar may be more spiff names to call what you're feeling, or maybe you're jus taking too many stimulants and depressants and not getting sleep and eating like ****, etc. BUT DO SOMETHING NOW. Don't wait. Waiting (not changing your current lifestyle) is more insane than anything else.

I am not a Dr. - but what you are describing sounds alot like bi-polar. A person can be on top of the world, then the world crashes down. I think you need to find a Dr., because what I know from personal experience if this goes untreated it can get worse, to the point of debilitating someone. The medication has come along way and with a Dr. to supervisor your reaction to these medications (whatever one he decides Will help you the best) you can lead a very normal life.
Please get help ASAP. You have waited long enough - what ever area you are in - if insurance is a problem they have free clinics or ones that work on a sliding scale so you can afford it.

Very drastic is strong wording. A good number of drugs have been developed to treat a case like yours. The method of change is to dull most of the brain until it stops. The disorder is social and some day you will have to learn why you have been selected to be an outcast socially. If you consult a Psychiatrist he doesn't have time to solve your troubles. What you can do is find a totally new friend to learn more. Your friends and family all react the same way to you. You will need to learn how your aura affects the emotions electrically. You might start by putting a metal strap around your right ankle to stabilize your aura.

meditation is safe & best
A man goes to a shop, picks up a beautiful cup and says "my god this cup is so beautiful" and suddenly the cup starts talking to the man. The cup starts saying "O man, I am beautiful right now, but what was the state of my being before the pot-maker made me a beautiful pot?
Before I was sheer mud and the pot-maker pulled me out of the mud from the mother earth and I felt why that pot-maker is so cruel, he has separated me from mother earth. I felt a tremendous pain. And the pot-maker said, "Just wait." Then he put me and churned me, when I was churned I felt so giddy, so painful, so stressful, I asked the pot-maker "Why are you so cruel?" the pot-maker said, "Just wait." Then he put me into a oven and heated me up, I felt completely burnt. There was tremendous pain and I asked the pot-maker "Why are you so cruel?" and the pot-maker said, "Just wait."
Then he poured hot paint on me and I felt the fume and the pain, I again asked the pot-maker "Why are you so cruel?" and the pot-maker said, "Just wait." Then again he put me into an oven and heated it to make me more strong, I felt life is so painful hence pleaded the pot-maker and the pot-maker said, "Just wait." And after that the pot-maker took me to the mirror and said, "Now look at yourself". And surprisingly I found myself so beautiful.
When god gives us lot of trouble, it appears god is very cruel but we need patience and we have to wait. When bad things happen to good people, they become better and not bitter.
So all difficulties are part of a cosmic design to make us really beautiful. We need patience, we need understanding, we need the commitment to go through in a very calm and wise way. So all difficulties are not to tumble us but to humble us.
With this understanding, let us not be against difficulty. Understand difficulty is a part of a purifying process. A purifying process at present which we cannot understand and hence we need faith and we need trust.
Let us understand how to handle stress with this background. You can be affected by stress from two angles. There is an internal stress and there is an external stress. Nobody can avoid stress; one has to only manage stress. Managing stress can be internal and also external.
The internal stress is; your thoughts can create stress, your values can create stress, and your beliefs can create stress, meaning thereby your stress is coming from your mind more from the outer world. Many people suffer not from heart attack - they suffer from thought-attack.
For example, when somebody says you are an idiot, we get so hurt, we get so victimised. My boss has called me an idiot and I am feeling tremendous pain. Now where does this stress come from? If my boss has called me an idiot, I have to ask myself "am I an idiot"?
If I am an idiot nothing to be upset about; and if I am not an idiot, then also nothing to be upset about! It is the perception of the boss. But why do we suffer from that stress? I suffer not because my boss has called me an idiot but because of the thought-attack.
I may say the boss has called me an idiot; therefore I am suffering? It is true that the words are unpleasant. But what hurts is the interpretation of the unpleasant word. The thought in me interprets. That is pain and therefore it becomes pain. Much of our stress is our mind interpreting it as pain. So we suffer from thought-attack more than heart attack.

yo kiki. i hears ya. im just like that. we're probably bipolar. here's my advice: if it's not harming anyone or your relationships with people at home and in the workplace...leave it alone.
but if this is causing you a lot of problems, go see a shrink. as for me, i toss all that sh*t to the wind. im crazy and i know. i accept and admit my insanity and if anyone has a problem with that, they can suck my fekkin balls. and if they don't wanna suck my balls, they can eat my sh*t! GODDAMIT! WHY IS EVERYONE AGAINST ME?!!
(deep breath)
so, anyone going away for the summer?

yes, there are drugs that can elavate mood, sedate and/or a little bit of both. I would speak to your dr about your symptoms...could be you're bipolar, but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. Talk to your doc!
