yes I know how im a black belt in Taekwondo, what you do to do in order to accomplish a fully extended tornado kick is take your left leg and make a small crescent kick and turn your whole body towards your right, then jump off your right leg and make an inner crescent with your right leg

Now I'm a karate instructor, but here's how it works for us...

-Start in your left guard stance (or fighting stance, left foot in front).
-Raise your right leg into chamber above your belt (bent leg) and step forward with it (turning left).
-Step all the way around, rotating your hips as you turn, then set your right leg down next to your left so that both feet are pointing backwards.
-Keep rotating in the same direction, this time raise your left leg into chamber.
-Rotate until you are facing forward, then switch legs and kick with your right, arcing it through the air as you continue your spin.
-You'll land on your left leg, preferably facing close to backwards if you rotate enough. In our system, there is no rechamber on the right leg after it kicks.

Broken into pieces, this will seem choppy, but if you smooth it out and jump as you're bringing your left leg into chamber it should make for a decent Tornado kick. Have your instructor help you, and keep practicing until it feels good!

BTW- As far as the guys above saying it can't be used in combat, it's just risky in combat because of the turn. If executed correctly, the turn will be quick and concise and the actual kick will be used to hook your opponent on the side of the head/neck and thereby throw them to the ground or at least knock them off balance, putting you in a good position for a follow-up combination. Using it takes careful timing and often requires careful setup.

at first, a twister kick is traditionally finished making use of roundhouse kicks, notwithstanding it isn't unparalleled for someone to apply crescent, leaping spinning crescent kick, this is totally similiar, yet no longer a similar. also, the twister kick makes use of the counterweight leg to feignt a turning decrease back kick. the following is a step by step way that I prepare scholars to %. it up extremely immediately. Do a fave rear leg roundhouse, so as that the kicking leg finally ends up because the lead leg. For those applications this may be your excellent foot. understand that this may provide both kicks. To advance this circulation, keep on with this procedure. First progression - Pivoting on the right leg, turn counterclockwise, so as that your rear leg now will grow to be the front leg. attempt to keep your left knee as intense up as a threat. The left leg will finally end up because the lead leg. 2d progression - Pivot on the right leg, so as that the left leg comes round counter clockwise. notwithstanding, formerly placing the foot down on the floor, carry it, so that you eventually end up dealing with your unique route inclusive of your knee up (type of like a crane stance). Now do a flying roundhouse kick, kicking with the right foot. 0.33 progression - Pivoting on the right leg, use the left leg to counterweight the right foot flying roundhouse kick. even as doing this, imagine about the action of the first 2 advancements, to experience the action you ought to be taking. As you advance attempt to enhance %, correct, or distance. Fourth progression - making use of your counterweight leg, advance this so as that it feignts the turning decrease back kick into the approach.

down, diagonal back/down, back, either a, b or L. a, will be a shorter less powerful kick, but faster, b, will be more powerful yet slower, and likewise for l, it will be the most powerful. Ken's tornado kick is stronger, wheras ryu's is weaker, but ryu can fuly control his kai and shoot fire fire balls, not the blue ones, that is back, diagonal back/down, down, diagonal front/down, front, then any of the punch buttons, y,x,R same rules for power apply, expect actually using R is always the strongest and fastest, so use it. tetsunakisenpukiaku is a fictional move, and not really practical, but it looks really sweet in street fighter.

yes, i do.
try praticing on a smooth floor, twist you feet.
(remeber you foot must turn in a circle while your body is moving)
me sen sei made me turn in circle last time...
just turn turn turn until you feel you can control your rythm while making a complete circle then try extending you leg and continue turning. after you felt you can master turning, you ahead and try your kick. but please don't get a tonado kick mixed up with a back hook kick.
remember, practise makes perfect!
