Simply put, they aren't. Migraines are caused, it is thought, but constricted blood vessels in the head. Aneurisms occur when a blood vessel wall weakens and bulges out and is very susceptible to bursting. Aneurisms are a very dangerous condition and must be taken care of ASAP, but they don't relate to chronic migraines.

Well one symptom of an aneurysm is chronic headaches. however plenty of people suffer from migraines but don't have an aneurysm. it is a symptom but not necessarily proof of one, if you are concerned you should talk to your doctor about having a cat scan done.

If the migraines are frequent and excrutiating, you should see a neurologist. Don't be scared, though. If there's anything wrong, it's best to catch it early. And it can be caught early.

A neurologist really should answer this one, but I doubt very much if there's any relation at all between the two. Ask your primary care physician to refer you to a specialist of his choice.
