Yes and no. I'm assuming you had a positive ANA Titer!?!?!
Please keep in mind there is not a lupus "test." Tests often have false positives.
Just because you had an elevated ANA (even if it was not a false positive) does not mean you have Lupus. It is one of many criteria necessary for a diagnosis of Lupus. Just keep following up with your doctor and be vigilant.

there is more than one test for lupus. You can have a high ANA level and not have lupus. Or many other tests that can result in being something else. Lupus can not be diagnosed with just one test. It is compiled by many blood test results.

I don't think there is a specific test for lupus. My daughter has it, and it was putting all the symptoms together that led to the diagnosis.
