An IQ score attempts to rate the learning potential of an individual compaired to an age average (100 IQ for a seven year old is different from 100 IQ for a 4 year old). This is often used incorrectly to judge a person's brain power, but this is not really what an IQ test is about - and it has virtually no use outside of childhood.

An average mouse should have an IQ of 100 based on the average ability of a mouse to learn something. I don't know if any standardized test exists with which one could test a mouse's ability to learn, but if there was, it would likely be just as flawed as most of the human IQ tests.
