Anyone with a temper and if so ... how do you control yourself from having an unnecessary fit?

im 53yo i got one all my life i donot how my wife put up with it i think im bipoler but have not ben tested yet in school it was so hard to keep it down they did not have any bipoler are any thing like that then i went with alot of girls befor i met my wife most of them left me because my temper can not stop it when it happen i call it me-myself-and the guy that look like me--------he not me -not me i do not like him at all i know i did not help you but if you dont take of it you will be hurt most of your life hope you will do that if you want to talk to me about it --------- E- MAIL ME------ JERRYPERRIS@AOL.COM -----------i can tell alot of thing i did in my life that just fu@k me up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
