I don't. My thought is why fake it? You are only cheating yourself if you do. Every person has the right to be sexually satisfied. Faking it only builds up resentment. You begin to withdraw from your partner, become unhappy with your life. You should be open enough to talk to your partner about what he can do to help you be sexually satisfied. Then that partner should do whatever it takes to do it. That is how it should work in a meaningful relationship.
As for flings it shouldn't matter. It is either good, or it isn't, and you won't be dealing with it for the long haul. You are better of pleasing yourself, because it takes time to get to know another's body to the point of perfection, or near perfection.

women fake orgasms either, they are trying to get out of the sex, so the faster the orgasm the faster they can leave, or they dont want to make the man feel bad

we fake bacause it's just not good your not hitting the right spot. Some woman like it rough some don't it's a matter of getting to know the girl ask her what she likes and doesn't like, play with her... pull out her BOB (battery operated buddy) and play with it with her or watch her do it. It takes time to get to know a partner like that but .. men get off most the time ... it's kinda like if you met a girl that couldn't get you hard, or that needed to really try to get you hard.

Not all do, my woman tells me, pisses me off to! Just make sure to make it up to her if you don't if you have a bad batting average all the time it's no good, you might get fired.
