Although surgery would be the fastest method, I don't think it would give the best results. You're already doing walking but I would recommend doing lots of cardio exercises, something that gets you sweating like badminton, aerobics, playing basketball with friends, etc..... and looking more into nutrition and cutting out fast foods (if you haven't already). Don't think about weight lifting of any kind at this point get down to the weight you want and then you can tone and/or add weight with weight lifting.

Okay, in short, you need to continue to cut calories. 1500-1800 per day is probably a good range for you. Don't make the mistake of cutting out fiber (chickens, etc) as fiber is absolutely vital. Additionally, I suggest weight training. Muscles increase your metabolism, making it easier to lose weight. Dont fall into the trap of rewarding yourself with refined/processed foods though- reward yourself with a healthy snack, if necessary. And always, ALWAYS drink water. Water will fill you up. I suggest having a sip of water between every bite of food as well. Doing that will slow down your eating, and help you recognize faster when you are full.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

90 pounds in 6 months is too much weight loss too fast. How about 8 pounds a month? I suggest you read all of Covert Bailey's books that you can find - "Fit or Fat", and "Smart Exercise" are two of them. The walking is great! Good luck!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

I found the most natural and greatest program for not only losing weight but getting ripped as hell. It's great because it's not super high-intensity, psycho workouts. It's called Body-For-Life, by Bill Phillips. Yahoo search or google it. I live by it...it's so great. Got his book off amazon.com for about $7.00; the rest is up to you. I'm telleing you: it's the safest, most natural and healthy way to lose weight and develop healthy eating and workout habits that will stick with you for life.

Make sure you burn a certain amount of calories everyday.Your dcl will go down as you lose weight, but if you just make sure you lose that amount,it will come off. That's what I'm doing,I've got 70lbs to lose by december and I'm GOING TO DO IT THIS TIME!You dont have to starve, hust remember,"If I eat this,I have to work it off TODAY"dont burn off more than what you consumed just the same amount.Like if my daily calorie limit is 1500,and i need to burn off 1300 a day to get where i need to be,and I;ve eaten 700 calories today,I need to work it off to make sure i meet my daily goal.

Limiting bad carbs really works. You really need to want to do it though. Also alcohol is a no no too. Carbs like white rice, potatoes, pasta, white bread. They all break down to sugar pretty quick in your system, then they turn into fat. Limit those things replace them with whole grain products, and you will loose weight.

keep doing what you are doing, but I doubt you can loose that much weight in just 6 months. I might take closer to a year.
