I am afraid of deep water, I am disgusted by milk, I don't like dirty things, I have to say many things I hear or see backwards in my head, I always need to have my hallway closet doors shut, and I always need to be thinking the right things before I do something. I am 15.

OCD for sure. Don't be afraid to talk to a doctor, but do not be afraid to tell the doctor what you think of his treatment options. Physiciatry is still in an infant stage, close to 100 year behind conventional medicine in terms of technology and understanding. Also, start keeping a journal of your thoughts and feelings, because being able to look back on what you were feeling before anyone tried to prescribe you medication or professional advice, it will help you to either stay on track with treatment, or realize what treatments are not really working.
On the other hand, if it is mild OCD, then you might be able to cope without a shrink and get along just fine. Whatever you do, don't worry too much about it. Some of the most famous and well know people in history are thought to have OCD.

Honestly, it could be OCD, but it could just be different fears.
I'm afraid of toilets, cannot sleep with my bedroom door open, and cannot walk in the woods past dark.
ps. i don't really like dirty things either.
Some things are just programmed into peoples heads over time. It's okay there is nothing wrong with you, you are just unique in your own way, if it is not hurting anyone or stopping you from doing normal things, or performing normally then it is something you shouldn't worry about, but if it's hurting you or anyone else, you need to worry about it and get help. Everyone has fears though, everyone.

It sounds like o.c.d, and a couple phobias (fears), and a couple other conditions that I don't know anything about. You can clear these up by seeing a psychiatrist. Talk it over with your parents or any adult you can trust. Then ask your primary care physician to refer you to one. There's no shame in that, and once you have set some mental health goals and achieved them, you can have a lot of pride in those accomplishments. The doctor will help you establish an action plan to do that. Take care.

number one way to treat ocd is to tell yourself im going to take a five minute break from my compulsions and after that five minutes is up, I will go back to doing my compulsions. But for those five minutes I will just be normal, because it is okay, because i will just make it up (the compulsions) after the five minutes is up. If that works, than take a whole bunch of five minute breaks, until the ocd doesn't bother you much anymore. Than just do the compulsions when necessary. It makes it less of an emotional burden that way.

i would bet that you could be in a room with a hundred people and you would feel a lone. start a hobby go to wal-mart and pick something out of crafts and start making anything. I bet you are creative and you could really fine joy in doing art.
don't think something is wrong with you, you don't have to like anything thaqt you don't want to. I know something too do something really nice for anyone for no reason....it sounds really dumb, but it would make you feel really good. what ever you do keep working on that art.
