I like a light dessert that my mother is preparing for summer on the basis of yoghurt, fresh season's fruits and gelatin.
It is very fresh, no preservatives and no calories!

Tomatoes with sugar....just kidding, but really not that bad, everybody should try some time. My fav has to be pecan pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or N.Y. cheese cake with a blueberry topping. Oooh....now I'm really starting to get hungry.

It's not my favorite but I could go for some right now,....A Hawai'ian sweet bread pudding with a macadamia nut sauce. A chocolate mousse stuffed malasada couldn't hurt either! Aloha!

Apple Crisp:
3lbs. tart apples, 2Tbs. lemon juice, 1/2c. brown sugar, 1/2tsp. cinnamon & nutmeg, 1/3c. flour, sugar & oats, 1/2 stick cold butter, 1/2c. walnuts.
Peel, core, and chop apples, toss in bowl with lemon juice. In seperate bowl combine next three ingredients, stir in apples, put aside. In next bowl combine next three ingredients. Cut butter in eight pieces, cut into flour till mix looks like crumbs. Add nuts. Butter a 10x10 inch pan. Spread apples in bottom then sprinkle with flour mix. Bake @ 375 degrees 30-45 minutes or till apples are tender and top is lightly browned.

A chocolate brownie, with chocolate icecream on top with chocolate syrup on top of that. Not that hot fudge stuff, it's not chocolatey enough. Seriously.
