She will need to fill out the appropriate DS visa application forms and she also will need the original receipt notices from USCIS and the National Visa Center. In addition to this, it is imperative that she bring with her any and all documentation evidencing her relationship to you (i.e. phone records, letters, emails, airline tickets, etc.). Remember she is proving that she has a valid relationship with you so she needs to document it.

Assuming her K-1 is granted, don't forget that you need to get married within 90 days of her arriving in the U.S.
