Pancakes, muffins, cheesecake, syrup, jelly. Also, you can freeze them on a cookie sheet and then put them in a bag so they are all separate. You can take out as many as you need in the future.

I make fresh Blueberry Spread for toast, english muffins (my fave), bagels, pancakes, etc. It's not too sweet and the recipe is really easy. Ingredients are Water, Fresh Blueberries, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Unflavored Gelatin. It thickens up when chills making it spreadable. During the workweek, I have a toasted english muffin with blueberry spread...IT'S AWESOME! All you do is put 1/2 c water, 2 c blueberries, 2 Tbsp lemon juice in sauce pan, bring to boil then simmer for about 8 min. While simmering, put 1/4 c water, 2 tsp gelatin and 2 Tbsp sugar in bowl, mix. Then, remove from heat, add mixture in bowl, stir well. Let cool. Put in covered jar, put in fridge. Next morning...ENJOY!! Let me know what you think if you try it...I just made a dozen jars last week!

Put them in pancakes, waffles, muffins, cold cereal, hot cereal. Eat them raw. Feed them to the kids. Crush them with a little sugar and make a sort of jam spread for your toast, waffles, or whatever. Bake a pie.
Or, make a killer cake! Make two round cakes, and mix berries into each cake mix. Take a pint of the berries, mix with half a bar of cream cheese, and a quarter cup of frosting, and use that as a filling between the two cakes. Frost the cake lightly with frosting. Stick berries allllll over it, till it looks like cobblestones or something. Serve with blueberry ice cream, or vanilla ice cream topped with blueberries. Beware the blueberry overload.

Most blueberry flavor is in a smoothie:
1 handful blueberries
1 /2 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbls honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
6 ice cubes
add milk to get your preferred consistency
My second favorite is in pancakes again with a little cinnamon.

You take sugar cookie dough and roll it out flat.
You make a mixture of sour cream and powdered sugar into like an icing consistency.
You make pieces of the cookie dough into little pies that fit into a muffin pan and bake at temp on package.
When done spoon in the cream mixture and top with blueberries.
These little tarts are delicious.
