I have almost thrown up before, and definitely gagged. I have a very sensitive gag reflex, and it's even more sensitive in the morning. If I touch the roof of my mouth just right with the toothbrush (like when I'm brushing my tongue), I will start to gag and almost vomit.

I regularly gag when brushing my teeth. On the rare occassion i also throw up. It has nothing to do with the toothbrush position, but more about the phlegm in the back of my throat building up too much because of having my mouth open (i guess). I hate it, but what can you do...?

Almost every single solitary time. Try using less toothpaste and a toothbrush with a smaller head. But pretty much, if you are a "gagger", you'll always be one.
