I smoked for only 8 years or so, and I say "only" because 8 years of smoking is pretty low considering most people never quit! So anyway...quitting was the hardest but best thing I could have ever done. I quit cold turkey AND WAS MISERABLE. My wife wanted to kill me..but whatever. Anyway it is tough at first, but once you realize that your clothes don't smell, your car doesn't smell, and you just feel cleaner, it just hits you one day. Keep fighting it, once you have it kicked, your gonna realize how stupid people look standing outside buildings when it's 20 degrees outside smoking a butt at 30 mph.
Good Luck

I know this is a big deal right now but in 6-7 years it really won't matter to you at all. Breasts are just part of who you are and you are much more than just a breast right? You are obviously a good swimmer, you're smart and probably a lot of fun. There is no one else on the whole planet that looks just like you, so that makes you pretty special! It is normal to compare yourself to others and you can bet others are comparing themselves to you too. Other girls probably wish they weren't so flat chested and admire your womanly curves. After a couple of years you'll get more used to your body and hopefully will really appreciate the way you look.

Throw away the pack, you made the decision to give up smoking, so stick to it.
May be what would help is writing a list of the reason why your are quitting smoking whether it me to save your skin from wrinkling early, saving money or to improve your health.
do some research on the internet, find out how your health improves once you give up smoking. Use that as a guide how everyday without smoking is improving your health. When you feel like a smoke, take our your list of reasons why you are giving up to remind your self of your commitment.
Good luck

how bad do you really want to quit? if its really bad, then get rid of that pack of cigs! and right now, before more temptation rises and you end up smoking the whole pack...
quitting, and starting back up can turn into a vicious cycle... which you will find harder to break out of... if you cant just stop the whole thing entirely, then just cut down. you can go from 5 cigs a day, to three in a day... and so on. its not easy for everyone to quit, just like that. but you can do it slowly... and just replace your "cig time" with something else... like chewing gum or eating candy. it might work better for you than just qutting cold turkey style.

Put a cigarette right infront of you and in your head keep reminding yourself why you should give up. Do not smoke them and if you do ask yourself why you like it...is it the rush? Maybe if it is try something that gives you an adrenaline rush, it might replace the feeling you get when you take that puff!

Throw them out. Both of my parents died from smoking. It's not worth a $4. pack of cigarettes!

If your trying to quit I suggest you stare at them and suffer. I found that congregating around smokers helps you to beef up your will power to quit when I first quit smoking. Oh, your going to get mad at yourself but hang in there you can do it if you really want to.

don't torture yourself, throw them away instead. don't smoke them prolonging the date after already attempting to quit is just setting yourself up for failure in the future because you know that you tried but gave in. the more times you try to quit and do not succeed the harder it is. throw them away you can do it. and congrats on being a healthier you. good luck
