If you haven't already, you need to be seen by a doctor. Next, you need to be responsible and wash the sheets everytime you wet the bed.

First of all don't get embarrassed by some of the silly answers
and next thing is we all develop some problems due to some reasons. Some people have minor and some major once. So take it just as a medical problem which can be cured and nothing more than that.

The problem may be with your bladder. At first stage make sure
your bed is warm. It is better if you don't use air conditioner. It is better to sweat some what. Having cold environment itself puts extra pressure for urine.
You must have noted that in winter it takes lesser time for a glass of water to become urine than in summer.

when u sleep make sure u have been through wash room. It is advisable not to take too much water while sleeping.

For physical strengh of bladder, visit doctor.

Keep it up and i wish u good luck.

You can do Kegel exercises to help strengthen your pelvic muscles. (just look them up online- a simple way of doing them is to stop urinating mid-stream and hold it, go a little more, stop again, etc).

Make sure you have a mattress cover so your urine won't soak into your mattress. Wash your sheets as soon as you have an accident.

See a doctor- they should be able to help
