Are you kidding? I'm 25 and I will love it until the day I die, although I rarely eat it anymore. I prefer spirals and Scooby Doo.

as far as mac and cheese goes, YES! I take about half the macaroni and I use ALL of the cheese mix. Its so great. Kraft dinners I am not familiar with. I stay away from box dinners. Im 26

Kraft is the best Mac-N-Cheese. I have to eat something with it though. My husband and kids love it. I am 27 he is 30 and kids are 6 and 2.

No, it's crap. The only good mac and cheese is the real, baked kind made from actual cheese, not cheese powder or cheese sauce.

29yo and prefer KD over any other type of mac & cheese. And was also glad someone else recognized it as KD!!

Unfortunately its very high in carbs, fat and sugar.
Its kind of hard on the body.
If I had children, I would seriously limit their intake, because its kind of addictive.
