Thanks for the help! (Except for sk8erpunk... you answer all the ?'s that way?) But I especially liked the answers from sillyrabbit & beccaboo b/c they were long and thorough. And to katibug, I tried that website once but I couldn't find the right product until I checked it again upon your suggestion, so thanks!

A good place to find any kind of butter is usually an organic or natural health store. We have one nearby called Organic Planet and they sell cashew, peanut, pistachio and almond butter. Look for one near your place up the net! You might find one, good luck. =) You may even be able to look up a good recipe if you can't find a store.

If you have a whole foods or even Trader Joes .That would be the best place to look.I know they carry almond butter, and cashew butter. You might be able to find it at a specialty nut store.
