She may want to pee outside if she has to go really bad and is too busy playing, but this is not likely! Boys pee outside because they can. lol I have a little girl, had six sisters and have nieces, none of them pee outside! Although I did once or twice when playing in the woods and once when I traveled with my family and we had no where else to go!

Are you going to try to teach your daughter to stand up to pee/ Boys usually have trouble reaching to get it in the potty, so it is easier for the parents to just let them pee outside.

My backyard is huge - and goes into a vacant field. My boys like to go back there and play. Well, when they are too tired to come in to pee, but yet still want to play outside - my middle child will pee out in the field.
One day I was driving my 4 yr old to daycare. He doesn't like to pee outside - he comes into the house. Well, a truck carrying a bed of new porta-potties passed us - and my son sat bolt upright in his seat. "mommy - mommy!"
"yes?"
"can we get onna those?"
"one of those what?"
"potty"
"what for?"
"so we can go potty outside when we play"
"honey, you can come in the house. Ignore your brother"
"mommy. I'm 4. It's a big walk."
Well, I never did buy that porta potty. My son has resorted to asking santa for it I think. He still wants one. He knows his brother isn't well mannered sometimes.
My 9 yr old that pees in the back field - he at least does it with respect to others. He doesn't flash or anything.
And my daughters - they just giggle and then ignore it.
Most boys won't flash girls when they pee outside. Actually, they're pretty shy about things like that. I don't think it's a big deal. If she ever saw a boy doing that - just say something like well, I hope he washes his hands later. If you're mortified, she will be too. If you blow it off like it's no big deal, she'll just giggle and know not to shake his hand.

not quite understanding what you mean by "worry" - but my 2.5 year old is having a GREAT time peeing outside - but we do live in the middle of the woods!!!
one day I even let her do it in the rain because I couldn't deal with the hissy fit!!!
I think this is even giving her a little trouble with potty training - but that's another post!!!
