Ummmm sea level would be sea level, no matter where in SC you are.

If you mean the elevation about sea level, then there are a couple of possibilities. A GPS unit will give you an exact reading for any place you are in. A topographical map (if you can read maps) will allow you to figure out the elevation within a foot or two. The U.S. Geological survey might also be able to provide information.

Sea Level always equals 0... are you sure you don't mean altitude above sea level?

At best, you can get an approximation.

Find a more detailed map and take it from the city hall. The difference will not be all that great.
