Impossible to answer this question. WHY is he afraid of the teacher? Has the teacher done something to inspire the fear? Is he having trouble in the class? What does the age and gender have to do with his fears, anyway?
Maybe he has low self-esteem or is very wrapped up in what everyone else around him thinks of him. Maybe some confidence-building activities are in order. Good luck.

Poor kid. puberty sucks. I suggest he transfer or invest in some calamine lotion.
Just be sure to tell him not to approach her Nor should he allow her to appoach him. first and foremost there are laws in place to protect him from entering a relationship with an adult. then there is the whole she holds power over him thing.
A lot of people make jokes about young guys who are caught in situations with an adult teachers, but it's not at all funny. it can wreck the kid's life. Boys his age are forming opinions about women that they will hold for the rest of their lives.
They Can get so messed up behind a puppy love that some unscrupulous school marm uses against them like a nun with a ruler. Some guys get so messed up behind the older woman complex that they turn to drugs and or crime to "handle" it.

Well first he should talk to his teacher about his situation, if doesn't have the guts to do that than he should at least write to her,, Maybe it they get to know each other than he will be more comfortable with her. If he is really terrified. Then he should transfer classes. Just make sure that the other teacher isn't extremly distracting as the one before.

the teacher should be the one to help him overcome this problem. She is an adult that has been educated in handling these types of situations. You don't say what your relationship with this teen is but if your a parent or family member you might want to talk privately with the teacher and explain the situation.
The teacher can help him by how she handles his actions when he's around her.

Ok, does the kid have a crush on this "younger teacher"? If that's the case, then he should just try to work up his courage and not be such a scaredy-cat, he can't possibly run away from her for the rest of his life...
But if this kid is just scared of her because he doesn't like her...then I guess there's nothing he can do, sometimes we don't like people, but we can't always avoid them! (Actually, if we try REALLY hard we CAN stay away from them for the rest of our lives if we REALLY REALLY dislike them!)

How old is the kid? If he's 5 or 6, get another teacher. If he's 14 or older, snap out of it.

He needs help and counseling about women and relationships with people. Maybe needs to lay off the hormone-laced milk for a while.

Sounds to me like he's got his first crush on a teacher and the fear he's experiencing is linked to his first public erection.
Tell him not to worry, it happens to the best of us.

Not trying to sound like a dick or anything, but he should get some guts and quit being scared or fidgety around her. Tell him that being scared around girls isn't what they want, he should he self assured and has self confidence. Tell him that! yeah!

He'd better get over it. You can't spend the rest of your life avoiding people you don't like. If people could do that no one would work.
