Crystal light to go....its basically just flavoring that you add to a bottle of water, but it tastes like kool-aid

I love flavored waters! I get the carbondated flavored waters from walmart. It's almost like drinking soda. They have no sugar, calories, or sodium in them. I would give them a try. Very tasty!

i hated water too but once you get in the habit of drinking it you will love it . it's sooooo true! you don't realize how much your body needs water. but, crystal lite is really good too! it's like kool aid but without the calories.

Have you tried adding a wedge of lemon to water? It gives it a little bit of flavor but it is still healthy. I used to hate it, but now I love it. It's also very refreshing.

I don't like to drink water either, but Aquafina makes flavored water that is really good.

Why don't you mix your koolaid with 50% water. It tastes just like gatorade.
