mmm.. maybe it is misspelled and it should be "se te quiere de a gratis". If this is the case, that means "You are loved without a specific reason".

its a cultural expresion meaning that they love you just because, without a reason or that you dont need to do something so people loves you.

Think that you are with your friends and your best buddy tells you "hey man, you know.... se te quiere de a gratis" Is like you are such a good guy that I dont need reasons to love you, i just love you man...

Another situation is for example you want to do something or give something and your buddy tells you, "you dont need to bother ... se te quiere de gratis"... it means you dont need to do something to gain appreciation you already have it and you dont need to bother.

OK, I don't speak much Spanish, but I'm pretty fluent in Portuguese and my interpreteation is "if you want it for free ..." or "If you love for free"
