First, there is a spiritual dimension, which is the true home in which our eternal souls reside.
Second, we choose to incarnate, over and over again if we wish, either here or on more highly evolved worlds, and it can be in different physical forms or in the same one over and over. (Time does not exist, in ultimate reality.)
Third, you have the power to choose how good it gets here, due to the power of free will that we have with the universal law of attraction which is that the vibrations (via our conscious or unconscious beliefs, thoughts, emotions, words and actions) that we emit into the world, and whether they are positive or negative, love-based or fear-based, lead to the events that we experience in return, in one form or another.
These vibrations occur singly, by individuals and collectively, by societies and cultures.

Yes. I believe that there is no after life and the only thing happening after I die is that I'm going to rot.

Nope, I'm not sure. But I am sure that God (if he exists) would be pissed if, having given me the powers of reason and perception, I failed to use them because someone "showed" me the "Truth". Remember the parable about the men with the talents?

i am not sure if there is an afterlife but i believe more in reincarnation where u are born again and again.
