i believe God or Jesus made all the things of the world, so why do u think they gave us weed?

meaning pot, marijuana. i think i have the answer, but im very interested in what others think.

God made weed as way of connecting with him..When you are "HIGH" you actually closer to the spirit world. Indians and a bunch of cultures smoked weed to connect with spirits..God made weed so we can relieve some stress of this wild and crazy world!!

that is a natural earth grown plant as well.

Why dont you eat about ohh...100 apple cores
you know the seeds have arsenic in them?

Why don't you shoot yourself up with snake venom?
That is a naturally occuring chemical.

Tobacco is also naturally grown , but did you know
that it is actually an Herb? And it is for treating wounds?

Cocaine grows from a plant, does that mean it is good
for you? No, its hella bad for you.

Marijuana may serve the purpose of a pain killer.
However until recently people didnt have chronic
disabling conditions. And the few that did used
means to help heål the problem not mask the
symptoms and continue on in the illness.

It is probably a temporary measure whilst
using other natural treatments to heal the
disease. Of course in our Modern Medical
thinking , there is no way anyone can get better
and we also ignore the implications of disease
and ignore what causes them. so...what can i say.

Marijuana btw contributes to cancer, bronchitis
and pneumonia.

I personally will not touch an herb unless
it is GRAS.

There is put on earth cadmium, arsenic, lead and a bunch of other things. Just because they re here doesn't mean they are good to ingest. Marihuana is a cultured crop that began with hemp which has little THC produced. God put hemp on the earth - not marihuana.

God did not give us weed. God made man and man was the one who made weed. Man chose to make weed out of sin, they disrespect their body that God gave them. They dont have a life in other words.

To test us, those that do weed, reject God, because anyone that believes in God knows that God doesn't give us burdens greater than we can manage and that God helps those that help themselves, and doing weed is finding a worldly cure to our mind's stresses, thus it is degrading to God and to ourselves as humans that we need something outside of our brain to make us relax, which in the end causes our brain to get more un-relaxed by getting paranoid or getting delusions of grandeur and then getting depressed when we eventually realize reality. And weed in itself is a sign of God, because since nature would develop the ultimate conscious living thing, humans, out of the logic of evolution of life, than how could certain life forms develop into the plant from which we get "weed", that cause the ultimate conscious living thing, to loose their grip on the social reality that led to the development of the ultimate consciousness of humans, such as by weed-users getting paranoid, getting feelings of grandeur, and/or isolating themselves into loneliness causing schizophrenia/melancholia.

He also made hemlock, poison ivy, nightshade, a multitude of poisonous plants. Why don't you smoke or sniff them? Just because God made them, doesn't mean it's all right to use them. He made all the poisinous reptiles, frogs, beetles and insects. How many you want, and what will you give a pound for them?

The first mention of herbs in the Bible is in Genesis 1:29.

"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." (KJV)

You will note that it is to be eaten. Smoking is not the way to eat.

Most of mankind knows its good for you its just that there is way too much money to be made for the gvt in other endevours to try to controll people. I am sure that it was used and smoked qute a bit in ancient times without fear of prosecution.

There is nothing wrong with weed in and of itself, and I believe it has health benefits, but intoxication is a sin, so using it to get high would be sinning.

There is nothing wrong with pot, it hasn't killed anyone. You should be thankful your God gave you pot.

But I'm also sure you're thankful for the disease, famine, death, and wars too.
