No, I didn't know the score. Only scum would play that game. I don't spend hubby's money. He's a loser who can't even get a driver's license and blows $2000 a month on nothing in Germany, while I pay for rent, a car, and car insurance, untilities etc. I can see why the military is the way it is. I thought they stopped making it a social welfare office. If sham marriages are acceptable....then guess what. The army gets the same trailer trash it has always gotten.

Ah - so your husband is stationed in Germany and you feel that he is not giving you enough money?

Excuse me - but how is this a 'sham' marriage?

I apologize. I was assuming that you meant that you were separated from your husband because of Iraq or some kind of deal like that.

Sounds like you got a bad deal and it doesn't sound like this dude is being all he can be.

I would get a divorce, if the man can't even hold the financial/bread winner kind of the end of the bargain.

Also, I think you may have misunderstood me a little bit, because I wasn't suggesting that you were scum, in fact I am not even sure what you are getting at.

I just thought that you were complaining because your husband had gotten sent overseas.

you married your husband, not the Army. Your husband was prolly a loser before you married him so quit blaming the military. You get an allowance for housing and utilities and food so quit trying to sound like super woman. And instead of whining about your problem, do something about it cuz the rest of us don't wanna hear it.

He is what he is, and if that's a loser then that's him. Being in the military may have shaped him, but does not define him. You have two options:

A. You love him. You deal with his shortcomings and tell him your feelings so he can better himself. You stay married.

B. You don't love him. The wedding was a mistake. You get a divorce.

I'm sorry you're hurting...but I doubt you'll get much sympathy here...most people are fairly immature
