I want Mr. Blue Moon to come cook for me.
Also, Mr. Noambenami.
In the meantime, butter...the real thing, now, none of that artificial margarine crap.

My favorite: A poached egg, sea salt, freshly ground pepper. If I'm feeling it, some white truffle oil as well, or a few thyme leaves.
If its toasted brioche, foie gras and a bit of cherry preserves is beautiful.

Mmm. Right after it gets out of the toaster spread a layer of peanut butter on it so that it melts. Then, cut a banana into slices and pile on top. Eat with milk or coffee. Yum!

come to Singapore. We have this special jam called "Kaya" and Kaya Toast is one of the local specialty. It is so good that there are chains for local cafe called coffee shops that sells them.
More popular ones are "Ah Kun" and "Killinary Road".
