Yes, in as much as you believe in it. I have been told that I am lucky, but I have not considered myself lucky. I have said that if I am Lucky then there is no bad luck, only misunderstood good luck.

Luck is luck ....meaning its a toss-up.
One takes their chances, there is no divine control.
Have a peak at Isaiah 65:11....its spoken of in a NEGATIVE way.

I donnot believe in luck personally. I believe everything that happens is because God allows them to happen.
