Let the lawyers take charge and have them craft a society where anything goes and people of every deviant behavior and anti-societal notion suddenly are endowed with inalienable rights, that must be protected no matter what, then replace ethics and morality with relative humanism, tax everyone until the federal government has become a huge, nasty whore for the special interests, put the American dream on hold because it's now too expensive for most ordinary people, have the ACLU suing in court over every little absurd injustice it can find to sue for, encourage everyone to do lots of drugs and alcohol and make people believe that everything will be allright if we just borrow some more billions of dollars from the Red Chinese. Yeah, that's about all. Hey, you probably don't agree, but I had fun venting anyway. Thanks, UC Steve.

Send all your people over the border. A million a year or so, then in about 20 years you have conquered them. Don't you remember when there was a United States.

Destroying its culture... But it must be slowly, so they couldn't understand! Destroying its language, then the people's habits, then blaming all of their history, and then their beliefs...... If you do all of them slowly, they cannot understand it(if they're not so clever), and they'll weaken! Then, without war, they can obey you, they cannot struggle!
Where do I know? I saw so many examples in history books(and in recent examples!).
