I went to a wedding once with less than 50 people (maybe around 30 people) but it didn't look small because we were in a small-ish room. I think that as long as the size of your tent reflects the amount of people coming, it will look like the "right" amount.
With 75 people I think you'll be fine, and there will be just the right amount of people to talk to and have it be just right.
Good luck!

My sister had about 75 people at her wedding. It was a perfect number. Go for it!

About 10% of your invited guests will decline - so that is a very good number. We invited 150, 135 came and that was perfect.

I had like 200 at mine and didn't get to talk to anyone really. It was overwhelming to say the least. 70 - 75 sounds like a good amount.

I used to hear that about half of the invited guests will show up for the wedding.
