A "wrong" age for dating? E.g., if I'm 14 and he's 16, is that going to be a problem? Or if she's 20 and he's 31, is that a problem?

Only time age makes a difference is when one is over 18 and the other is under 18, then it is a problem. But then I think it depends on what state you are in also. It's what ever the legal age is in your state. Here it is 18 except for alcohol and that it is 21. Other than that age does not matter.

Age doesn't matter but I think 20 and 31 might be a little off.

Age does not matter, honey. Its only a number, and besides if this person treats you good with respect, you should not have any problems dating someone 1 or 10 years older than you. Just dont date them if their like 20 years older than you, or in your mind they're like almost your dad, yuck

I don't think there is any age difference that matters. However there are certain ages that shouldn't be dating. If you are only 14,then perhaps you shouldn't be looking yet.
