Think you need to go to the dentist I'm afraid. Sounds like an abscess. I had one and they hurt like hell.

Abscess.
The pus is collecting in a channel that will drain iwhen it 'ripens' - i.e. develops to the point where pressure inside is greater than outside. It will taste horrid.

1) Call a dentist
2) Meanwhile:
Rinse with Amosan or other concentrated saline solution that will draw out the pus (heavier salt solution on outside of gum - the pus on the inside of the gum will go across the membrane - skin - in an effort to equalize the concentration on both sides.)

it doesn't belong there. Go to a dentist. Brain abcesses can develop from tooth abcesses especially in the upper teeth.
