I read the instructions wrong and have been taking after each meal for 4 days. I should have taken before each meal. Is there a difference?

I'm going out of town so I just wanted to lose a couple of pounds. I have lost weight the healthy way before but I wanted to lose a little faster. I wasn't planning on using for a long period of time.

Again I know how to lose weight eating healthy but am only losing 1 to 2 pounds a week I have read that you can lose 3 or more a week taking apple cider vinger. I dont plan on using for a long time. I also know that there are a lot other good health benefits.

I personally have done this and yes it will still work effectively; however it will only work for so long. All diet supplements work for short periods of time and are not for prolonged use.

Not really--a lot of weight loss drugs say to take them 30 minutes prior to eating. You'll still digest it. Apple Cider Vinegar isn't all that effective, though.

Keep this meal between 400 and 600 calories. Serve yourself a more compact portion, so if you like returning for seconds, you'll just finish up eating a normal-size portion.
