Sorry I do not know of any websites that would help. I suggest that you perform a general search for interactive algebra websites that tutor individuals having difficulties in math.

If you cannot find a decent website than you may want to look into getting a tutor, watching your local PBS channel in the early hours of the morning (before they air pre-school cartoons), call your local homework help line, log into a education/homework/schoolwork chat-room, and/or attempt to study using your text.

I found a great tutor in an on-line chat (of course he ended up helping my mom with her homework more than he did me with mine.) I would give you his e-mail address, but we fell out of communication a while back.

You've taken your sweet time, as the summer is half over.
Anyway my suggestion would be to contact a teacher at your school NOW to see if they will tudor you for a small fee before the summer ends.
If you happen to get in contact with your algebra teacher, you'll get brownie points, too.
