Go to a nice salon and get their help. Sounds like you will need a
really good cut and some killer deep conditioner. Good luck. We've all been there.

Before washing, brush your hair with your head upside down to remove dust and impurities.
The temperature should be comfortable. The idea that the hotter the water, the cleaner the hair is a misconception, because water that is too hot can burn your scalp and damage your hair. Avoid a powerful shower which can cause your hair to tangle.
It is important to pre-rinse your hair before you apply shampoo. Your hair needs a good soaking of at least 1 minute to create a good lather when you shampoo. Once your hair is thoroughly wet, pour the shampoo from the bottle into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together.
Do not apply shampoo directly to your hair because it might saturate on one spot and you may end up using two to three times more than you actually need.
Gently smooth the shampoo over your hair with your palms and let it lather. Now massage in the shampoo gently, with your fingertips. Don’t use your fingernails - they could scratch your scalp.
When you shampoo, don’t pile all your hair on the top and rub it about. This will lead to tangling. Instead, run your fingers gently through it, front to back, allowing your hair to fall back over your neck.
Rinse your hair thoroughly until the last trace of shampoo is gone and your hair is squeaky clean.
If you wash your hair every day, you will need a small amount of shampoo and just one wash. But if you don’t wash your hair daily, have two washings.

Well love your in a pickle....
you know very well with thick AND now over processed hair there is no going back. Depending on your texture (unmanageable) can mean natural wave or curl OR in need of more information to properly maintain and style your mane. One of my favorite products is laminates conditioning shampoo and conditioner it is made by Sebastian. They also make a product that will help smooth and tame your hair called GET A GRIP. It is a real name and appropriate for your situation.... A healthy trim and condition will help along with finding a professional that will get you to your desired goal(s) and less heartache.. good luck I hope this helps

I went from black to bleach blond decrease back to darkish brown. So what I did first became use Redken severe conditioner, I washed my hair with shampoo as widespread and then placed the conditioner on my hair and left it on for 20-0.5-hour, I purely clipped it up and went on making waiting or in spite of. I also use Biolage, color therapy, shampoo and conditioner, it truly is produced from organic aspects and my hair hasn't ever felt better. you will get this stuff at any salon. good success and that i'm hoping that this facilitates you.

you may need to cut it if it's too dried out! cutting in layers helps lighten up thick hair, and you can do this without taking any, if much, length cut off!!!
you should get a good conditioner and put it in, cover with a plastic cap and leave on for about 30-45 min. then rinse...

You should go in and have all the dead stuff cut. Then i
would get a really good conditiner satuate the hair and
wrap all your hair in some plastic wrap for about thirty
minutes and rinse. Your hair will look and feel so much
better afterwards. I do this at least once a week and it
works for me. Good Luck!

You might need some deep conditioning conditioner. I would suggest asking a salon person then running to the nearest beauty supply store and getting a few packets of deep conditioning. They always have them availiable. Good luck with your hair.

Start over with a good hair cut and professional color. You may have to cut it short, but short healthy hair looks a million times better than long fried hair.

hey i too have the same problem.
1st ::: try a new shampoo that is full of moisture and that is made for dry or damaged hair
2nd ::: consider going to a salon to get your hair died and colored but try to not go as much
3rd ::: put lemon juice on your hair to make it not as frizzy and it also gives it a healthy shine
4th ::: when out in the sun put a hat on because the sun can also dry out and bleach your hair
5th ::: next time you get your hair cut have your stylist thin out your hair a little

I did the same thing with my hair and I went to the Beauty shop to have my hair treated by them professionally. It is back to normal now and I've started coloring again.
