Yoga for sure. If you got the cash, go get a full body massage.

here in Auckland, NZ, beaches are the best form of relaxation that i can think of, we are living 3kms away from the nearest beaches...so its very convenient for us....if you live far from the beaches, reading or listening to music could be relaxing!!! the most extravagant one could be a 7 day hiatus to borabora resort in Tahiti...just the pictures make me feel oh so relaxed!!!

I feel most relaxed after a reaaaaaally long run. Nothing better than a hot shower and letting your body finally relax. It makes you appreciate it that much more!

Go to the beach. Just sit on the shore and try to look to the horizon. Don't talk. Just listen. And you will be relax. Much better if you will be there alone. Good luck and God bless.

Try to take a bath in lavender oil. I have a great bath soak that you can use.. email me and I will give it to you and there is no charge for it. I have given it to allot of people and they have told me how great the feel after wards.. that is all I ask, just your feed back. It is made with all natural items. the essential would be your most expense

Alone or with friends:Treat yourself to a weekend at the spa.
My favourite with family: go to the beach for a nice day out.
With someone you love: Go to a nice hotel (I recommend small bed & breakfasts), and do things near the hotel --> don't go too far for something to do, stay in the area!
Good luck and have fun!
Love, R
