Smoking of any kind, I am SO SICK of second hand smoke and watching people willingly kill themselves. Who agrees it should be against the law?

I am a smoking educator but I think that making it illegal would only cause cigs to cost $20 per pack, and that $ would go to criminals instead of govt. Also, we would have to send these people to jail and pay for them to be there. A better solution is to tax the hell out of them and have the money go toward rehab, prevention, and health care costs. This is exactly the same issue with marijuana, which is less harmful than tobacco smoke.

I think it should be illegal my son has severe asthma and to take him to the park or a game or anywhere public sucks. If they want to kill themselves have at it but keep it at home and how about the smokers who smoke in the car with windows rolled up and kids in the car they should be arrested for child endangerment

What about all the people drinking themselves to death and killing and maiming others with their drunk driving? Lets make alcohol against the law!!!! I'm a FORMER smoker and agree its harmful, but if drinking is legal then smoking should be as well.

I think it should be illegal. But I don't agree with the hype about the dangers of second hand smoke.
